Buying a home during COVID19 is no easy feat — then add on an impossible battle of unfreezing a credit report where call centers were underrepresented. This man spent hours on the phone on my behalf for weeks attempting to contact a credit bureau. Graham went above and beyond his routine job duties to ensure I wouldn’t be homeless due to a frozen account. Absolutely would recommend!
